Enclosed Railcar and Truck Loading to 1000* TPH and 14 Feet of Travel

Enclosed railcar and truck loading stations with capacities up to 1000TPH feature MD30EV, MV30EV Series loading spouts and the MA30EV Series which includes a filter module, air purging system and clean air fan.

From a single stand alone loading station with a separate loading spout and dust collector to an integral Vaculoader®, spout positioner and internally vented loading spout, Midwest can provide economical, high speed, dust free loading.

For railcar loading using minimal personnel, the Articuloader I and II systems can load any type or length of railcar to full capacity without moving the car. Quickly, safely and dust free.

The Articuloader I system is for installation on the outside of a silo. The Articuloader II is designed for inside loading of railcars and/or trucks and allows the operator to position the loading spout discharge over any hatch opening regardless of location. Both installations include the Midwest Vaculoader® eliminating the need for complex flexible hose and piping.

With Midwest standard horizontal single direction and multiple direction internally vented Midwest spout positioners, remote positioning is made easy without boarding the vehicle.

Midwest systems allow each loading point to be self sufficient with its own dust control. Using our modular designs, project engineers can easily select the most appropriate loading equipment to meet local and federal EPA regulations as well as budget requirements, while eliminating loss of product and contamination of terminals and vehicles.

Accessories and options include Sealtite™ discharge sealing cones, slack cable warning systems, air vibrators and level sensing systems. A wide selection of standard operator controls, pendant control stations and motor control centers (MCC's) can make your station remotely operated and more efficient, or completely automatic.

We offer a variety of options which include the MRWV Series Rotary Withdrawal Valves® for fine aerated product, Xthrathin™ Isolation Hammer Gates, Manual and Powered Sliding Knife Gates for granular and lumpy products and heavy duty Rolling Blade Gates for high impact applications such as cement clinker or limestone.

If your installation requires a separate dust collector with dust piping between the loading spout and the collector, the MDC Vacupac™ Series incorporates the finest engineering and is the most efficient solution for individual dust collecting stations.
