Enclosed trucks and railcars can be loaded safely, economically and dust free using interchangeable modules from Midwest.From a single loading station connected to a dust collector, to the Midwest Vaculoader® with internally vented spout positioner, we have the answer to efficient, dust free loading. We offer the Compaculoader™ or Vacupac™ I internally vented systems for low headroom installations, eliminating baghouses and dust piping. Positioning the spout discharge over a truck can be made easy without the driver moving the vehicle with our remotely operated spout positioners.

Our internally vented positioner eliminates the flexible hose between the moveable spout and dust collector. With the Vaculoader® or the low profile Compaculoader™, external dust evacuation systems and dust piping can be eliminated.

Accessories and options include Sealtite™ discharge sealing cones, slack cable warning systems, air vibrators and level sensing systems. Midwest standard operator controls, pendant control stations and motor control centers (MCC's) can make a loading station remotely operated or completely automatic.

Midwest supplemental equipment includes Rotary Withdrawal Valves for fine aerated product, Xthrathin™ Isolation Hammer Gates, Manual and Powered Sliding Knife Gates for granular and lumpy products and Heavy Duty Rolling Blade Gates for high abuse applications such as cement clinker or limestone.

If your installation requires a separate dust collector with dust piping between the loading spout and the collector, the MDC Vacupac™ Series is the most efficient solution for individual dust collecting stations.

Midwest products can move enclosed trucks and railcars in and out of a facility faster and meet EPA standards with little or no dust.
