This heavy duty gate has a curved blade and is manually, pneumatically, hydraulically or electrically actuated. The MIDWEST Rolling Blade Gate is ideal for withdrawing abrasive lumps such as cement clinker or mulcoa clay lumps with sharp edges. The most abrasive resistant construction available is Class VT which incudes a Triten™ hard coat finish of various thicknesses depending upon frequency of operation. Both the curved blade and the inside of the gate body can be lined or coated with Class VT. This curved blade gate can withstand heavy vertical silo loads due to the curved blade construction. Actuation can be single or dual actuators.
