These power operated sliding knife gates are designed for continuous operation under the most severe conditions and are available in pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic actuation. Gates are constructed from heavy 4 inch 7.25# channel. Blades are machined 3/8 inch stainless steel, riding on 1" diameter hardened camrolls with stainless steel machined hexagon eccentrics to maintain blade pressure against seal. Seals are 1/2 inch thinck 85 durometer polyurethane protected by 1/4 inch Abrasion Resistnat inlet liner. |
